Because we succeed when our offices succeed, we look for those high-caliber individuals who share our caring philosophy. When we find the right person to run an non-medical home care office, we substantially invest in training and ongoing support.
We also have a broader scope of service than many non-medical home care companies. More than 95% of our cases require some form of personal care. Since this service is licensed in many states, each time we go into a new area we thoroughly research the regulations so our office Directors do not have to navigate through the complicated regulatory environment.
