INITIAL INVESTMENT REQUIRED FOR A HOME CARE FRANCHISE
GRISWOLD SPECIAL CARE's philosophy of quality service at an affordable price extends to our Directors. Our $14,500 initial investment is less than half of most non-medical home care franchises, yet our generous territories, exceptional support, and state-of-the art training is unsurpassed in the industry.
Most home care franchises earn money by selling franchises, brochures, and required forms, so they charge as much as the market will bear. In some cases, a home care franchise will charge low fees when they first start because they are in a hurry to gain credibility and grow, but once they are able to charge more, they do. GRISWOLD SPECIAL CARE's approach is the opposite; we have plenty of national exposure and we will not open offices just for the sake of growing. We do not earn our money until you earn yours, so we keep our franchise fees intentionally low, and do not charge for brochures and necessary forms. And, your entire franchise fee is budgeted toward ongoing support.
Earn Back Your Initial Investment
We will reimburse more than half of your initial investment during your first year in business! We will bank $5,000 of your initial investment to help defray expenses when you hire a non-family member to help in the office.*
Pay No Royalty Fees During Your First Six Months
To jump-start your non-medical senior care business, you will receive a rebate of 100% of all income earned during your first six months in business. Use this time to grow your business and use the money….in the financial freedom of your future.
A generous territory
Each home care office is granted a protected territory that is usually about twice the size of the territories offered by most other home care franchises. This means that with most other home care companies, you would have to buy two franchises if you want to cover the amount of population that we assign from the start.
